Welcome to the mountains! Here your family can enjoy true relaxation -- and plenty of adventure. Your children feed the animals in the petting zoo. You unwind on the sunny terrace. That's what a farm holiday is all about!
Outside, our large playground with fresh-water fountain awaits. Inside, the children's playroom is perfect for rainy days. Boredom? Not a chance here.
Every morning, fresh organic milk is delivered to your door -- straight from our cows. Plus there's a bread roll delivery service from Monday to Saturday. Need a cot, high chair or baby bath? Just let us know!

Our History
Our farm has been here since 1522
Over 500 years of history. Passed down from generation to generation. Today a loving family paradise for young and old alike.

Our story begins. The farm appears for the first time in the Lungau records.
1966
A fresh start! We rebuild the farmhouse and cattle barn from scratch.
1997
The first guests arrive! Two holiday apartments open their doors.
2017
Now there are seven! Cosy apartments in both the farmhouse and the holiday house.

Your children get to ride the tractor! They help with the hay harvest. Together we drive the cows out to pasture. Real country life, hands on!

A 45-minute walk through beautiful countryside. Then: trout fishing! Grill your catch right there at the BBQ area. The whole family will love it.
Ski Room
Warm ski boots in the morning? Of course! Our heated ski room dries everything overnight. Slip them on and hit the slopes!

Pony Resi pulls the cosy wagon. Simba carries up to two little riders on his back. Both are looking forward to meeting your children! From spring to autumn, in fine weather.
Stroke the cows. Feed the calves. Cuddle the goats. Discover cats, rabbits and chickens -- our petting zoo brings pure joy! And between September and November? With a bit of luck, you might witness a calf being born. A truly unforgettable moment.

Whether you're a couple or a large family -- we have the perfect apartment for you! Each with its own kitchen, satellite TV and balcony or terrace. You'll feel at home straight away. View all prices.
This is where we live -- the Pertl family -- and where our guests feel right at home. Four cosy apartments with terrace and BBQ area. And our farmhouse lounge? It seats 25!
Our holiday house has room for everyone! Up to 12 guests, 5 bedrooms, 3 showers. Perfect when grandma and grandpa come along -- or your friends' family joins in.

What animals can we see at Hansalagut?
Plenty! Cows, calves, goats, cats, rabbits and chickens are waiting in our petting zoo. Plus our favourites: Pony Resi and Pony Simba. Your children are welcome to feed, stroke and ride them!
Is Hansalagut wheelchair accessible?
Yes, absolutely! Our holiday apartment Type B1 has its own ground-level entrance, wide doors and an adapted bathroom. We want every guest to feel welcome and comfortable.
Is the LungauCard included in the price?
Yes! Every guest receives the LungauCard. It gives you free or discounted access to cable cars, attractions and outdoor activities. Valid from 22 May to 1 November. An infrastructure levy of € 3.30 per person/night applies (from age 6).
Is baby equipment available at the farm?
Of course! High chair, cot, bed guard, baby bath -- everything is here free of charge. Just let us know when you book what you need. We'll have it all ready for you!

The Lungau ski region connects three ski areas: Grosseck-Speiereck (approx. 5 km), Katschberg-Aineck and Fanningberg. That's 147 kilometres of pistes with 32 lifts in total. Free ski buses take you conveniently to all ski areas. Details under Activities.
Can the holiday house be rented in its entirety?
Yes, the holiday house can be booked for up to 12 guests -- with 5 bedrooms, 3 showers and 3 WCs. Ideal for large families or group holidays with friends. From € 240,- per night in summer.
